  Job Title:  Part-time Customer Service Rep

Market Range: Min $7.82 Market Rate $10.75 Max $15.04

Description of Position:

Completes clients banking transactions and cross-sells bank products and services by referring clients to the platform area. Maintains bank security through identification of clients and documents following Federal, State and Bank procedures and guidelines to ensure safekeeping of bank assets. Processes and balances daily work to include: individual teller cash, proof transactions, and when necessary, assists in balancing branch. Keeps informed of new and current bank products and services and other information of interest to clients.  Resolves product or service problems to ensure client satisfaction, consulting with supervisor when necessary.  Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

 

Qualifications:

Must have at least six (6) months to 1 year of recent cash handling, customer service and sales experience. Must have reliable transportation and be able to work a flexible schedule based the hours of operation of the branch office. Excellent organizational and communication skills.  Ability to work a rotating Saturday schedule.
