Virtual Bank is looking for a Wholesale Mortgage Processing Manager for our new Phoenix, Arizona branch.

 Summary of Requirements:Manage and supervise the Processing Department to ensure the accuracy and timely completion of the following:Processing of mortgage loans according to investor and secondary market guidelines (FNMA, Alta A and Sub-Prime).Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations as well as company?s policies and procedures.Responsible for the accurate input of loan information to computer system.QC review of processor performance.Good training skills.Ensure department meets investor delivery timelines.Perform special projects and other duties assigned.

 

Specific Skills Required:

 Strong Wholesale Processing background.Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.Ability to communicate effectively with employees and senior managementKnowledge in the area of credit, compliance and secondary marketing guidelines and documentation requirements.

 Specific Job Experience:

? Minimum 3 years management experience in the same field.

 Education Required:

  ? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience.
