Network Recruiter to $29,103k - Health Services

Job Description: We have an immediate opening for a Network Recruiter. The primary function of this position is to make outbound calls to prospective providers to encourage them to join our network by securing a completed provider application/contract. The Network Recruiter conducts outbound telephone calls to prospective providers throughout the United States (minimum of 60 calls per day.)

This is an inside sales position which requires the following proven skills:

A minimum of one year of top performance as an inside sales representative.

Ability to build and manage a book of business generated from dedicated sales campaigns.

Demonstrated ability to meet assigned targets and objectives. Ability to field and handle typical sales objections. Strong presentation and closing skills, combining the ability to educate and sell.

Commitment to high quality presentations and dedication to spending consistent time on the phone. A team player that demonstrates enthusiasm, high energy and competitiveness. Exhibits self confidence, positive attitude and the desire to be a top performer.

Basic computer experience including contact management software, internet research and navigation.

There is no cold calling. Your assigned client base is health care professionals who are familiar with the company and have been sent information on joining the provider network.
