New Account Reps

Duties:

? Provides World Class Customer Service, which meets and exceeds the customer's expectations, adheres to Sovereign Way and Red Carpet Service Standards, and actively sells Sovereign Bank's products and services.

? Analyzes and determines the financial needs of each customer, matches this need to the appropriate Sovereign product or service; grows profitable customer relationships based upon customer satisfaction.

? Meets and exceeds personal sales goals and actively participates in all branch sales and marketing activities.

? Opens new accounts, processes loan applications and closes loans according to guidelines.

? Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of all consumer products and services.

? Takes personal responsibility for developing and maintaining knowledge required to fulfill job functions.

? May be asked to help out at a neighboring branch.

? May be asked to travel to meetings.

 

Qualifications:

Successful candidate must have high school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred. Twelve months experience as a new account representative or CSR/teller or retail sales experience. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills,

basic computer knowledge and Windows' skills required. Both Saturdays and Sundays are required.  License to sell alternative investments preferred.
