Operations Officer / Branch Operations Supervisor

 Must have superior management and customer service skills.Two years previous operational experience in a bank or savings and loan.One year supervisory experience in a banking institution.Working knowledge of computer, basic mathematical and clerical skills.  Oversee Branch operations.Ensure operational, audit and loss controls.  Maintain staffing needs, including recruiting, scheduling and performance management.Review and approve multiple customer transactions.Responsible for accuracy and approval of teller envelopes and vault register balancing.  Excellent communication and organizational skills a must.Cross-sell Bank products and services.Adhere to established policies and procedures.Display a professional image
