Operations Process Improvement

Job Description:   Our client, a top tier investment bank, is looking for operation(s) professional(s) to join their team. They have needs in both the Equity and Fixed Income Areas of Process Improvement.  The right candidate will act as a project manager and subject expert and will be committed to improving efficiencies and streamline costs.  This person will liaise with the business and technology in order to develop improvements to the firm?s infrastructure.  Ultimately this will enhance the firm?s competitive advantage and better manage the impacts of business cycle shifts.  Finally, this person will review, revise and update procedures and processes to enhance the level of the firm?s control.





 

Requirements:

 
1+ years Fixed Income and/or Equities Operations experience
Excellent communication skills
Articulate and organized
Four year college degree
Highly motivated and organized
Team Player
