You as an Operations Section Manager I will -

* Direct the daily functions of the staff according to the established policies and procedures to achieve goals and objectives within quality and production guidelines.
* Utilize knowledge and experience in exercising discretion and judgment to meet deadlines and resolve complex problems.
* Lead efforts to maintain positive approach and meet or exceed the service needs of all customers.
* Assess the needs and abilities of the staff and provide necessary mentoring, guidance, and development to ensure satisfactory performance.
* Accountable for maintaining control of the financials of the section (i.e. GLs and MRTBs).

Qualifications:
You and your skills -

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
* One to three years of experience
* General management experience, preferably within banking industry; management of operations unit or bank operations function preferred
* Previous management experience either as a supervisor or a manager in a production environment preferred.

Will manage loan documentation and due diligence units. Some knowledge of loan documentation and real estate collateral perfection processes is desirable.
