We are currently looking for an Operations Specialist/Fulfillment Processor in our Jacksonville, Florida office.  The following is a list of responsibilities/requirements for this position:

 

Responsibilities: 

 

File all incoming working files in funding date order

? Track and follow-up for Closed loan files

? Merge closed loan file with working file

? Merge Bar-coded Files with working/closing file

? Trailing Documents

? Mail, Receive, disburse and file with packages if needed

? Follow-up on Missing checks

? Organize the files in Stacking order

? PC Review

? PC Corrective Action

? Copies to Servicing

? FU on Corrective Action Files

 

Requirements:

 

Understanding of the mortgage loan process and can identify mortgage documents

Previous post-closing, audit or compliance experience in identifying discrepancies with loan documents

Experience with Excel and Word

Good verbal and written communication skills in order to converse with closing agents, title companies, insurance agents and attorneys to resolve issues 

Time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks while continuing to maintain production
