Operations Team Leader

plumRHINO Consulting has an exciting direct hire opportunity for an Operations Team Leader in Glen Allen, VA.  The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor?s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting and 3-5 years of Brokerage Operations experience including one-year brokerage Credit or Securities Regulatory experience.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to the auditing of daily departmental work, monitoring and evaluating working relationship between branches and credit associates, coordinating the training of new associates, troubleshooting daily issues, advising the supervisor of potential risk/liability in clients accounts, and reviewing the departments policies and procedures and making recommendations for change.  Knowledge of firm, federal and exchange regulations is required. In depth knowledge of Credit policies and procedures as well as an understanding of risk management is required. Must have the ability to work quickly, accurately and efficiently in a fast pace environment.   Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of management is required.  Series 7 license is preferred.  Typical work hours will be Mon ? Fri from 8:00am - 5:00pm.
