Order DeskCustomer Service to $27k+ - Manufacturer

Job Description: Challenging career position for order deskcustomer service in growing, stable manufacturing company. The main function of this position is to perform all Sales Support duties associated with any customer. Sales Support responds to all customer requests, including order questions regarding service, products, pricing and account information.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Support Control Review procedure per Quality Manual
-Receives (telephone, fax or email) requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, lead times and cancellations directly from domestic customers .
-Uses Syteline and/or Goldmine to retrieve customer information, place orders, stock status information, the status of the purchase orders, and to make changes to purchase orders.
-Prepares Order Change Form as necessary.
-Confirms Purchase Orders with changes back to the customer via fax or email.
-Works closely with production control regarding deliveries of scheduled shipments and lead times. Coordinates with other departments in handling purchase orders and providing service to the customers.
-Makes price quotations by phone, fax or email on pricing available in Syteline. Prepares Quote Summary form for price quotes on items not in Syteline or on custom items, for preparation of quotations.
-Researches and rectifies customer problems or concerns.
-Prepares RMA's (return material authorizations) as needed.
-Prepares Credit/Debit Memos as needed.
-Prepares Item Master Request form as needed.
