Outbound Sales Agent Part-time (Call Center)

Telhio Credit Union is seeking an Outbound Sales Agent whose primary focus should be on new business revenue generated through new accounts and products sold to our current membership by using a prospect list through promotional marketing efforts and the indirect membership. A complete understanding of all loan and savings products and operational procedures is essential. The representative must be highly organized and detail oriented. Ability to work under pressure within deadlines is essential. Must be able to work independently with little supervision. Ability to maintain confidentiality of all member account information and activities is mandatory.

The available position is located in our Sales and Service Department at our Downtown Columbus, Ohio location! Candidates must be dependable, have good credit, be bondable, pass background and drug screening

Qualifications:Possess a minimum of 1 year experience in outbound ?telemarketing? with an  emphasis on financial services. Must have effective communication skills (oral and written)Must have strong organizational skills to provide a high level of accuracy on all transactionsMust possess team ?attitude? and professionalismMust have the ability to operate the office machines needed to perform the job, such as computer terminal and calculator/adding machineMust successfully complete the Telhio training courseA Notary Public designation will be requiredMust have High School graduate or G.E.D.

Hours for Position:

? Monday & Friday 1:00 PM-6:00PM, Tues, Wed, & Thurs 3:00 PM-8:00 PM,  &  Every other Saturday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
