P&S/trade Support Specialist
An International bank is seeking a Specialist for its P&S/Trade Support Group. 5 + or more years of experience relating to international/domestic trade support/P&S. Working knowledge of ACT, NYSE/OCS, PC Web Direct< OCC, DTCC, Sungard Phase 3 a +. Knowledge of OTC contract sheets, equities, options, F/X and Euro clear securities. Knowledge of cashiering functions, stock records, and international settlements. Excellent problem solving skills, able to work under pressure. Must have strong written/oral communication skills. Knowledge of Sungard Phase 3 is preferred. Duties: Ensure accurate comparisons of NYSE, OTC, and AMEX eligible securities. Perform data entry duties, trade corrections, and reconciliation of inventory. Heavy phone contact with traders, mid + back office calling and confirming pending/unmatched trades to ensure timely settlement. Confirm/submit trades via ACT and PC Web Direct. Monitor FICC real time trading activity via RTTM, confirm fixed income transactions.
