PERSONAL BANKING REP - FULL TIME - CENTRAL CITY -FERGUSON MO -02007211

Responsibility: Performs the consumer sales function of a community bank; assists customer in
retail and consumer lending product selections by presenting features and
benefits and asking for the sale; participates in all sales campaigns and
events; represents the bank in a manner that maintains and expands business
relationships and enhances the bank's image, contributing to its growth;
provides excellent customer service in all customer interactions; may be
required to perform teller functions as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent necessary. Minimum of one year retail sales
and banking experience preferred. Must also possess: excellent customer service
skills; proven sales ability with the ability to identify customer needs and
cross-sell products and services effectively; strong verbal and written
communication skills; strong interpersonal skills as well as organizational and
motivational skills; consistently demonstrates good work habits and attendance;
