PRIVATE MORTGAGE BANKER

Job Description: Originate, underwrite and fund Jumbo Mortgages for Wells Fargo Private Mortgage Banking from our Bryn Mawr, PA office location. Source loans from realtors, builders, financial planners, CPA's, attorneys, other banks, etc. Able to fund loans in all 50 states. Should close a minimum of $2 Million per month and be capable of cross selling additional Wells Fargo products and services. Base salary plus quarterly bonuses. Unlimited compensation opportunity.


Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years external/outside mortgage sales experience with a solid track record in meeting sales goals and objectives. Must have strong communication skills and able to deliver exemplary customer service. Need to be self reliant and comfortable with laptop origination process.


Preferred Skills: Four year college degree preferred. Credit or Underwriting experience a plus.
