We currently have a great opportunity in Alhambra, CA for an experienced team leader to be responsible for the sales/service activities, marketing plan, operating budget, profitability, and operational integrity of the branch.


In this role, you will:
Ensure the branch sales/service supports the overall corporate objective to provide superior service
Plan, implement and manage the operating and capital budgets to maximize branch profitability
Ensure the branch meets all regulatory compliance standards and all operating policies and procedures
Direct branch business development through outside calls, in-branch selling, telemarketing, branch campaigns, and targeted direct mailing
Ensure the expansion of customer relationships through branch cross-selling activities
Sell Bank products and provide excellent customer service
Develop and manage an annual branch marketing plan with specific goals
Promote staff development through training, cross-training and career planning
Oversee and administer all branch human resource issues
Manage the branch portfolio for optimum performance
Ensure compliance with CRA outreach programs
Ensure branch personnel comply with all laws and regulations


Qualified candidates will possess:
A BA/BS or equivalent experience
5-8 years of relevant banking experience
5 years of lending experience, including commercial, consumer and real estate (depending upon branch)
Bilingual English-Chinese preferred.
