Job Purpose:

Release collateral, update collateral document/financial reporting tracking system and verify/file collateral documentation for all commercial and non-standard consumer loans for Chicagoland Banking and the Private Bank Markets.

Responsibilities:

? Prepare collateral releases for paid loans
? Update collateral tracking system with collateral release information
? Complete and monitor paid loan pipeline reports
? Maintain control of documents, including filing, verification and offsite storage
? Maintain security of negotiable instruments
? Resolve and respond to customer service inquiries and requests within defined area of expertise; refer complex issues to management
? Assist internal customers with questions concerning release of collateral
? Assist with processing loan documentation and with follow up on exception items
? Identify, communicate and make recommendations for process improvements
? Defined interaction with internal and external customers; interacts with similar levels in the organization
? Provide formal or introductory training
? Provide back up support
? Developing analytical skills and broader operating knowledge
? All other duties as assigned

 

 

 Job Requirements:

? Bachelors degree or 2 years related work experience
? Data entry experience and word processing skills
? Knowledge of Baker Hill
? Good customer service skills
? Good understanding of the credit process and related systems
? Ability to work in a team and develop relationships
? Ability to work under pressure and complete work within established timeframes
? Good organizational skills
? Detail-oriented
? Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
? Desire to learn and grow professionally
? Knowledge of releases for paid loans. Along with residential or commercial loan experience.
