Tellers are one of the primary points of contact for our members (customers), and, as such, will utilize DuPage Credit Union's philosophies about excellent customer service and care with each interaction. The ideal Teller Associate will WOW each member with a warm smile and utilize high impact questions from the beginning to the end of the member interaction. The Teller will always thank members for their business and end with ?is there anything else I can help you with today?? The Teller understands the importance of great communication and sales to establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with members and fellow team members. Tellers will take an active role in their own professional growth and proactively adapt to change. Tellers will approach each day with a positive attitude and treat members and team members with respect. The ideal Teller will proactively refer products and services to members to support their individual, retail sales office and Credit Union goals and objectives. Tellers will also carry out each transaction with accuracy and high attention to detail.

 

Training and Experience:High School diploma or equivalentCash handling experience preferredSales experience preferred
