High school diploma or equivalent 6 months retail and/or cash handling experience required Strong sales and service skills Strong customer focus Strong interpersonal skills Excellent verbal communication skills Basic computer and data entry experience



Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to deliver quality financial services to exceed AMCORE customers needs as they relate to daily transactions of customer accounts. Responsibilities include proactively approaching all bank customers with suggestions regarding bank products and services that the customer could benefit from and making referrals to Personal Bankers or other departments when the customers need is identified.
