Pcs Regional Investment Mgr 2

Job Description: Manages Investment Management staff in larger local PCS office(s) ensuring that all investment goals (investing, servicing, and sales) are met. Partners with Regional Manager, SRIM, and other team managers as business owners. Responsible for developing business strategies that will meet regional business goals. Acts as a business leader for PCS Investment Management across all delivery channels to communicate the business vision, strategies and results. Establishes solid business relationships inside and outside the organization including PCS, Regional Bank and Community. Ensures that sound risk management and compliance processes are consistently followed within group. Manages reviews and approvals for exceptions to ensure compliance with IM&T policies and investment guidelines. Provides oversight, coaching, and education to investment managers including implementation and consistent use of alternatives to provide for broad portfolio diversification and in the adoption of an investment consulting approach to the business. Also sets example by effectively managing the investment decisions for a book of accounts for high net worth clients. Responsible for managing to budget; responsible for hiring, performance management, and coaching of team members.


Minimum Qualifications: 12+ yr., CFA, CIMA, and/or MBA, 2-4 years management experience.
