The Personal  Banker proactively sources and acquires new client relationships while deepening existing relationships.  Provide full financial needs assessment and provide full solutions utilizing Citipro (Financial Needs Analysis) .  Refer investment, mortgage, CitiBusiness and insurance business to appropriate sales specialist for sales fulfillment.  Support and incorporate key bank initiatives into the sales process.

Proven sales track record in proactive sales and client service environment, including financial planning or other relevant product sales.  Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.  Goal oriented.  Ability to influence others and meet/exceed client expectations.  Excellent communication and presentation skills.  BA/BS in business preferred.  Series 6, 63 and Life & Health licenses, or the ability to obtain all within 8 weeks of employment.
