Location:   SEMichigan ? Springfield Town Square/Clarkston

Hours:Must be available to work M-F 8:15 am?6:45 pm  & Sat 8:45 am ? 1:15 pm

 

 

Description of Position:

Responsible for managing the relationships of a portfolio of clients to include;  profiling, sales planning and financial consultation to assist the client in achieving their financial goals.  Maintains a strong knowledge of all bank products and services and is proficient in sales skills. Makes referrals to mortgage, commercial, wealth management and/or brokerage areas as appropriate.  Achieves established minimum standards of sales and referral goals.  This individual must be willing to make outbound calls.  Focus on building client relationships through profiling, making outbound calls, sending out letters, and keeping clients abreast of all campaigns.  Must have proven decision making, be able to motivate staff, be a team player, must be able to multi-task and be a participant in various training sessions within and outside the organization.  Other duties are required.

 

Qualifications:

 

At least one year of recent platform experience with a financial services institution.  Bachelors degree in business or equivalent work experience.  Demonstrated customer contact skills and proven propensity for sales. Thorough knowledge of bank products and services.  Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills. Experience making presentations. Candidate is capable and comfortable making inbound and outbound calls.
