Salary:  Prospering as an Advisor takes time.  Our compensation is based on hard work ? so the opportunity to elevate ones own lifestyle is virtually limitless as you grow your practice.   We offer a base salary + excess commissions and no ceiling on what you can make.  Commissions levels vary from 40-60%.  Commission level depends on what products you have sold.  Benefits are there from day one and more benefits come after one year.
