Compass Bank is currently seeking a Personal Investment Officer to services branches in the north Denver Metro area. 

 

The successful candidate will have a true passion for sales and customer service, and they need to exhibit a very friendly and helpful attitude, along with the ability to interact positively with customers and co-workers.  A demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and implement an effective solution in a rapid growth environment is a must.  A successful P.I.O. will be driven to meet or exceed banking center investment sales goals.  The successful candidate will need to have assertive communication skills along with a focus for sales.  A college degree along with 1-3 years of retail banking/investment sales experience is required.  Must posses NASD Series 7 and 63 as well as Colorado Life and Health Licenses.  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must, and familiarity with common PC software programs and the ability to multi-task is essential. 

 

This position will establish contact with new customers and customer referral avenues by building relationships and analyzing the needs of financial products for each client. In this role, you are able to sell a full line of investment banking products, and you will work with numerous branches covering a small territory in the North Denver area.
