Provide research and analytical support for Portfolio Management strategy formulation and decision making. Responsible for assessing the economic environment, interest rate cycle and housing market conditions' P&L implication for the mortgage portfolio through analysis on prepayment, default and loss. Develop investment strategies to achieve targeted profitability through relative value analysis and best execution. Build infrastructure for the portfolio management research and analysis needs.



- Strong analytical skills


- Excellent presentation and communication skills


- Capable of multitasking, strong work ethic and team player


- Residential mortgage or other fixed income industry experience required


- Strong Excel, Access, SQL and SAS skills


- Prepayment or credit modeling experience a plus


- Structured finance experience a plus


- Polypaths, LPRM, Intex, BondStudio and S&P Level experience a plus


- Master or Ph.D. in Finance, statistics, economics, mathematics or MBA
