President/Manager

Atlas Community Credit Union, a $11M CU in Wood River, IL is seeking a professional individual to direct and manage day-to-day operations. The ideal aapplicant must be able to lead and motivate staff while growing business.  Excellent interpersonal communication skills are required. Candidate must exhibit strong accounting skills, knowledge of the credit union industry and lending desired.  The qualified candidate will have a bachelor?s degree in business or finance or equivalent business experience, as well as a minimum of four years of supervisory or leadership experience.

This position requires an individual with the ability to handle day-to-day challenges, as well as the capacity to make sound decisions. Applicants will be required to attend board meetings, create and present reports, interact with the Board of Directors an be involved in the community.
