Here is what our client requests:
Formal commercial credit training with the ability to understand loan structuring.
A minimum of 5+ years banking experience.
Excellent negotiating skills.
A strong track record of successful performance.
Ability to set your own schedule and work in an entrepreneurial environment
Good employment tenure with good connections in the community. 
A positive, compelling personality.
Unfortunately there is not a relocation budget assigned for this position but consideration will be given to proven performers who have their own means to relocate to beautiful Florida.  A small sign on bonus could assist with this move for the right candidate.
