Private Banking Officer

First Market Bank, a client of Warren Whitney & Sherwood, is recruiting for Private Banking Officers in Richmond Virginia. 

 

Responsibilities include:Maintain and develop banking relationships of high net-worth individuals, professionals and their related businesses through the extension of credit and the marketing of company products and services.Make sales calls to existing and potential bank customers using in-depth sales experience and product knowledge.Meet the credit needs of clients seeking secured and unsecured loans.Identify opportunities to refer customers to other lines of business within the Financial Guidance Group, as well as other bank departments as appropriate.

 

Qualifications:Private Banking, lending or commercial lending experience.Commercial credit and underwriting skills.Demonstrated ability to handle complex credit needs and develop/retain banking relationships.Proven track record in Business Development.Knowledge of Trust and Investment products.Knowledge of Richmond VA market.High degree of professionalism.Series 6, 63, 7, life and health licensing preferred but not required.
