As a Private Banking Relationship Manager, you will:


GENERAL SUMMARY:
Responsible for soliciting, developing, generating and managing full service relationships with high income/high net worth Private Client Group clients. Helps expand client base with emphasis on portfolio growth and profitability. Responsible for acceptable risk and credit analysis, structuring credits, making credit pricing and approval recommendations, and minimizing loss exposure. Provides advice, counsel and high level customer service to meet the financial needs of clients. Supports standards for managing net portfolio in a manner that ensures compliance with banking regulations, policies and procedures, credit quality and credit policy requirements. Supports and adheres to the internal 5 Star Service Guarantee and Corporate Service Advantage Values. Knowledgeable about all other related products and services; cross-selling or referring them as appropriate.

Level 2 Manager additional requirements: Responsible for developing, managing, and retaining small to medium size client relationships. May seek advice and guidance from more experienced Private Banking Relationship Managers especially concerning larger and more complex client relationships. Incumbents typically have over three years of experience in Private Client Group as a Private Banking Associate or equivalent experience.

Requires strong relationship management and sales and new business development skills. Strong lending skills. Well developed analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills. Must possess networking and business development skills. Ability to make critical decisions independently. Able to partner with colleagues to identify and service unique client needs. Requires an expert knowledge of PCG private banking products and services, including credit processes, as well as extensive knowledge of PCG trust and estates, investment and other U.S. Bancorp products and services.
