I. Basic Purpose/Function: Data manipulation specialist focused on analyzing product, profitability and risk trends associated with the servicing portfolio and identifying areas for product implementation and enhancement.

II. Job Functions & Responsibilities:

1. Analyze production information and servicing portfolio data to identify trends related to production within individual business lines at MLN. Trend analysis will include a profitability and risk assessment of the business unit production as well as the potential risk of payoff associated with products originated.

2. Develop broad based product and price analysis studies of MLNUSA's investor base to determine areas of opportunity to expand MLN product offerings while maintaining price and profit integrity.

3. Create, maintain, and manipulate a model for analysis of MLN's competitive information. The model will evaluate the product, price and inherent risk associated with offering a product similar to those of MLN's competition.

4. Analyze Secondary Market sales transactions to detect inefficiencies and trends in specific regions as related to trailing loan documents, investor stipulations, and investor declinations.

5. Design adhoc and maintain existing reports for Secondary Marketing. Responsible for compiling and analyzing report data. Identify, document, and (when necessary) create data sources.

III. Education, Training and Skills:

Education: BA/BS Finance, economics, computer science or other quantitative degree, or equivalent experience
Experience/Training:Four plus years experience in mortgage industry or other financial industry utilizing statistical analysis and data manipulation

Skills: Proficient in computer software: Bloomberg, Excel, Access, VB, Database management; Sql programming skills preferredDemonstrated strong quantitative skills and ability to perform under strict timeframes
