Melbourne, FL, specializes in consumer financial services. Our focus is on controlling losses while retaining customer good will.  Services are provided for Home Equity Lines of Credit, Mobile Homes with or without real estate, Personal Loans, Vehicles, Boats, Trailers, Second Mortgages and Collateral Loans.  Our goal is to enhance the lives of our customers, employees, shareholders and communities by providing these financial resources.
 
The Production Manager of Front-end Collections is responsible for ensuring the maximum utilization of resources and the achievement of service-level and financial objectives in an automated dialer environment. This is accomplished through the education, motivation, retention and leadership of the activities of frontline associates as well as the real time management of operational metrics. Team size typically ranges between 15 and 20 employees, including one non-exempt level Team Lead.  Further responsibilities include leading organization and departmental initiatives to drive continuous process improvement, while simultaneously delivering world-class service.  Special projects may also be assigned in the ongoing effort to continuously improve the operation.

 

The schedule for this position will be Monday - Friday, 3:30 P.M. to 12:00 A.M.


Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of experience and education that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this position
Minimum of two (2) years management or supervisory experience
Experience managing a team of 15-20 non-exempt employees strongly preferred
Good working knowledge of collections and consumer loan servicing is strongly desired
Large

center operations background, including sophisticated call center technology strongly desired
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize and monitor workflow in a high volume/high production work group and meet established deadlines
Proven track record in developing and training direct reports
Demonstrated ability to resolve problems using policy, procedures or experience
