 Essential Job Functions

 

?   Serve as technical lead for defining tasks, estimating effort and timelines and skills sets required

?   Lead the architecture and design of moderately complex applications

?   Create and code from detailed program specifications

?   Program complex modules

?   Instruct, direct and check the work of other programming team members

?   Ensure adherence to KTS technical standards and design principles

?   Ability to handle application production support


 

Required Skills:

 

?  3-6 years Data Warehousing experience, Mainframe/Distributed development experience, JCL, Mainframe tools, DB2, SQL and ETL tools experience

?  Ability to work  in a team environment

?  Attention to detail

?  Desire to continuously learn new information

?  Deadline driven 


Preferred Skills:

?  Understanding of in-depth Data Warehousing & RDBMS concepts

?  Understanding of  in-depth interdependencies of banking systems integrated to the Enterprise Data warehouse (ie. Hogan, Commercial Loans, Brokerage, etc.)

?  Understanding of project lifecycle and can assist starting in analysis and design phases
