Job Description
Provides technical direction and support in the development and support of application systems. Responsible for analysis, design, programming, and implementation of complex tasks and projects involving a sizable group of clients. Assures that software systems and services meet or exceed expectations of the client.


Primary Responsibilities

Plays a key role as an individual contributor on complex projects and coordinates phases of larger projects. Assists in determining delivery dates and completes assignment on or before delivery dates.
Ensures that software systems and services meet or exceed expectations of the client and follow the required project methodology.
Production support and maintenance for Wire Transfer, ACH and EDI; Account Reconciliation; File transfer/Momentum system and Lockbox.
Assist and or lead new projects.
Develops and produces specifications and procedures, or oversees their development and production, for application system software.


Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four year college or university; and eight to twelve years experience and/or training in technical functions; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Five to seven years Visual basics and SQL programming experience.
Client server software package implementation experience in a Windows environment, including system upgrades and conversions.
Crystal Reports, Access, and Excel programming (minimum 5 years).
VB.NET and Infopath, SharePoint (minimum 1 to 2 years).
SQL Report Services, XML, and Java, (minimum 1 to 2 years).
Strong PC knowledge (hardware and operating system skills).
Basic knowledge of file transfer protocol operations.
Demonstrated interface design experience.
Excellent testing and debugging skills.
Proven technical experience and demonstrated leadership.
Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
Demonstrated experience with oncall application support.
