Manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase of systems installations; upgrade projects, and conversions of data or hardware undertaken in the National Service Center. Management includes analyzing current and proposed systems; planning, organizing, and scheduling testing events; overseeing & delegating tasks to testing resources assigned to UAT for the project.



BA/BS. Minimum 3 years working in a banking or financial institution.? Strong technical experience, such as systems analysis and design, quality assurance or user testing preferred.? Demonstrated effective communication (both written and oral), organizational, analytical, leadership and time management skills.? Excellent PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.? Familiarity with LAN environment and mainframe administration systems in a medium to large size organization preferred.
