Description: Responsible for the management of technical project(s) or program teams from initiation through implementation, includes: planning, analysis, design development and implementation.  Provides overall direction for establishing project requirements, priorities and deadlines.  Integrates project plans into Program Plans.  Establishes roles and responsibilities within the core program team.  Allocates and coordinates resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) across one or more projects.  Manages budget for assigned project(s), develops and monitors project/program plan(s), and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly.  Aligns business unit, technical development and support organizations.  Establishes program communication plan across the businesses, regions, support and technology groups.  Prepares and presents progress reports for senior management.Directly support Program & Project Managers tracking task budget, schedule and performance. Prepare and maintain project documentation including:

- Monthly project financial reports,

- Project change controls, 

- Schedule updates,

- Status reports,

- Meeting minutes,

- Issues and action items logs

- Project library Work requires interpretive skill and analysis. Responsible for routine exchanges of information with the Program/Project Manager, the project team, and other members of the organizationThe job has a high degree of autonomy, and is expected to use planning, creativity, and mental challenge to define tasks and arrive at solutions. Has a low level of decision authority impacting the over all project and organization. Does not have supervisory responsibility.
