Project Manager

plumRHINO Consulting has an excellent direct hire Project Manager opportunity located in Richmond, VA.  The selected candidate must have a Bachelor?s degree and 5-7 years of corporate project management experience within the financial services industry.  The ideal candidate will have the ability to grasp big-picture concepts while maintaining a focus on details in order to create effective deployment approaches, manage and run all field pilots, and monitor and report on project issues and statuses.  In addition, the selected candidate will be committed to promoting a collaborative and team oriented environment to ensure efficient management of projects, and to coordinate cross departmental initiatives and activities.  The Project Manager must have excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.  Strong financial and analytical skills along with experience in project and process management tools are desired.  Must be capable of and have proven experience with high volume multi-tasking, problem solving, and detail management.  Prefer candidate with brokerage knowledge, Series 7 license, or master?s degree.
