Project Manager, Issue Management, PLC

Project Description:

CSM will need to test Authorizations strategies and IBM/Tandem Option settings, credit bureau reporting changes, HRAM strategy changes, and  Line Management strategy changes for the new Private Label Functionality on myTSYS.

 

 

Required Skills:

? Responsible for leading small to medium projects that impacts one or more functional areas. Delegates, coordinates and prepares project documentation. Builds project teams negotiating with resource managers for members with appropriate skill sets. Keeps project data in automated project management systems current such as change management, First Project and others. Ensures project attains cost, time and quality goals. Responsible for communications to management, team members and other stakeholders. Requires oversight and assistance to manage through all related project management processes.

? Decisions and actions have a direct impact on the success of a functional area. Day to day decisions are generally made without supervision or review. May analyze information and make recommendations based on findings. Will have interaction with internal and external customers and partners.

? 4-6+ years of related experience. Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills. Ability to schedule using automated tools. Must be an excellent written and verbal communicator with a desire to work extensively with people. Demonstrates leadership, personnel management, financial management, risk management, and planning. Strong expertise in project management.

Scope of Work:

Candidate will be responsible for projects associated with the implementation of the bank?s system projects.  Management of Full Project Life Cycle including, Issue Management, Test execution, risk assessment & reporting.
