Job Purpose:

Responsible for preparing and processing customer and bank corrections on APCS system.
Schedule - Mon - Fri 3:00PM - EOD Alternate Saturdays 2:00 PM - EOD 30 hours per week.

 

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to prioritize work and meet the demands of a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Detail oriented; high concern for quality and customer satisfaction. Displays a high level of commitment; results oriented. Persistent in reaching team and individual goals. Ability to investigate and resolve or offer potential solutions for problems requiring a strong knowledge of area functions. Serve as a problem solving resource for the unit?s processing staff. Capable of working collaboratively within a team environment. Adapts well to change. Possesses strong sorting/organizational skills. Communicates clearly and effectively. Basic Windows knowledge. Minimum 1 year previous proof or balancing experience. Knowledge of banking backroom operations preferred.
