We currently have several excellent opportunities for Item Processing Associates at our office in Orlando, Florida. 

In these positions, you will operate a keyboard for data entry usually through online computer terminal or personal computer. You will enter alpha numeric, or symbolic data from a PC display terminal or source documents utilizing the format displayed on the computer screen.  You will also be responsible for reviewing images for accuracy and sometimes deciphering illegible documents.  Input and verify transactional data as well as resolve and reconcile out of balance situations.  Entry level position and performs routine item processing functions under close supervision.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Must be able to work in a fast paced, high production and dealine-oriented environment.Must be multi-task oriented and organized with the ability to set priorities and meet established deadlines.Comply with existing policies and procedures.Positive attitude with sound problem solving and math skills.Must have the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Other duties as assigned.



 

Qualifications:Working knowledge of debits and credits.1-2 years of banking experience.10-key by touch and/or data entry experience.  After probationary period, must achieve and maintain productivity standards.Basic PC and Windows knowledgeMust have good hand and eye coordination.Ability to sit for long periods of time.Complete repetitive or continuous work tasksAbility to remain until the daily work is completed. Good verbal communication skills.Perform other activities as assigned.

 

Position Details:

Full/Part Time:  Full time

Hours Per Week:  40

Weekly Schedule:  Monday thru Friday, but night and weekend overtime may be required as necessary.
