Quantitative Developer - San Francisco

Quantitative developer, C++, JAVA, C, Python, Ivy League University, Financial Engineering, Analytics San Francisco based Investment firm is currently recruiting for a Quantitative developer/Financial Engineer to join their small team of 4. Due to the size of the firm, this is a unique opportunity to work in a Quantitative development role where you will work directly with the business they support which is a major global Hedge Fund. You must have a strong combination of analytical/mathematical modeling and development in C, C++ or JAVA. You may come from a background in program trading and be looking for an opportunity to have a huge role in the strategic development of an established Investment firm. You must have 2 - 4yrs financial engineering experience & will work on a variety of projects. You must come from an Ivy League background and have strong understanding of algorithms. While finance experience is a bonus, training will be provided to a strong candidate with strong algorithmic and quantitative skills from outside the finance sector.
