Responsible for providing daily support to the Commercial Real Estate Relationship Managers (RM's) and Operations Manager in a thorough and efficient manner. Adheres to Bank policies, procedures and government regulations as they relate to the responsibilities. Works closely with RM's during the preparation of loan submissions by gathering data and completion of CA-1 or CA-2. Assists INCP Loan Analyst in file set-up and the preparation of commitment letter draft. Assists in the preparation of department reporting, file maintenance, and tracking file movement between the File Room and REIG. Other responsibilities include providing back-up support to the Loan Analysts in the documentation and funding functions of new transactions. High School graduation or equivalent OR equivalent combination of education, training, or experience. One year of general real estate or banking experience including knowledge of accounting principles. Experienced with PC and Windows, Word, Excel and other applications. Good organizational skills and abilities. Good typing skills - 40 WPM. Basic math skills. Good office equipment skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to work independently and with a team.
