RETAIL SPECIALIST-FULL-TIME-KCK-2004331

Responsibility: Processes teller transactions and manages the funds of an assigned station;
assists customer in retail and consumer lending product selections by
presenting features and benefits and asking for the sale; represents the bank
in a manner that maintains and expands business relationships and enhances the
bank's image, contributing to its growth; participates in sales campaigns;
provides excellent customer service in all customer interactions.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent necessary. Minimum of 1-2 years retail sales
or branch banking experience with a proven sales record is required. Must also
possess: excellent customer service skills; a high attention to detail;
excellent oral and written communication skills; consistently demonstrates good
work habits and attendance; high degree of tact and professionalism.
Additional: Full-time hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9:15am-6:15p;
every Saturday 7:45am-1:15pm, off on Wednesday. Location: 8300 Parallel Parkway
