Real Estate Loan Processor

OMNIBANK, N.A. has an immediate opening for a Real Estate Loan Processor at their north Houston location.  This person will review, fund and book real estate/construction loans; quote payoffs; monitor HMDA Reports; review closing documents for funding requirements (i.e. compliance issues, bank policies, communicate with title companies). This position includes handling customer requests, collecting relevant data, and performing follow up as necessary.  This individual will also perform a variety of administrative functions such as document imaging, filing, copying, faxing, and data entry. 

 

This position requires a minimum of 2 years real estate experience in banking. Strong communication skills and problem solving ability are required.  Candidate must have ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.  This individual must be able to professionally interact with internal and external customers and have a demonstrated ability to handle detailed work.  Candidate must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word.
