Job Purpose:

Process exceptions and reconcile Paid Only/Full corporate accounts.

 

Knowledge & Skills:

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to prioritize work and meet the demands of a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Detail oriented; high concern for quality and customer satisfaction. Displays a high level of commitment; results oriented. Persistent in reaching team and individual goals. Ability to investigate and resolve or offer potential solutions for problems requiring a strong knowledge of area functions. Capable of working collaboratively within a team environment. Adapts well to change. Possesses sorting/organizational skills. Communicates clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing. Able to offer effective processor training assistance if needed. Basic knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, e-mail preferred. Alltel experience preferred. 1-2 years previous reconciliation experience strongly preferred, i.e. accounting, accounts payable, or accounts receivable experience. Previous banking operations experience preferred.
