Recoveries & Claims Team Leader

You will review posted recoveries for accuracy in accordance with key performance measurement guidelines as well as provide guidance on establishment of Restitution Agreements to staff. Monitors and report the results of internal restitution activity and performance. You will be responsible for representing the bank in litigation proceedings initiated by the Agencies and the coordination of case documentations, entry into case management system and the charge-off process onto collection.

To qualify, you must possess a Bachelor?s degree and 6 years? Branch banking and Bank Fraud experience. You must also have 3 years? experience with LAN system, Hogan, spreadsheet and word processing software and supervisory experience; 2 years? experience with bank policy and procedures and Uniform Commercial Code, with collections, the criminal justice system and Federal Banking Regulations. Two years? presentation skills and one year Project Management also required.
