Recovery Outsourcing Manager

Position Summary: The Recovery Outsourcing Manager is responsible for functions related to Bankruptcy processing, Estate processing and collection, and Arbitration collection.

 

Essential Functions:  

?  Vendor relations and communications.

?  Vendor performance management.

?  Inventory management and reconciliation.

?  Work channel referral strategy maximization.

?  Vendor call monitoring and evaluation.

?  Vendor audits, including periodic on-site audits.

?  Build/manage process redundancies and champion/challenger relationships.

?  Process and reconcile invoices and remittances.

?  Due Diligence re-certifications.

       

Other Responsibilities:

?  Provide assistance with other vendor and recovery management functions as needed.

?  Perform other work related duties as assigned.

 

Knowledge, Skills, Education, Experience, And Competencies: 

?  2+ years of vendor management experience

?  2+ years of collection recovery process experience

?  Effective verbal and written communication skills

?  Problem-solving and organizational skills

?  Ability to work well with others

?  Demonstrates a high sense of urgency and ability to react quickly to issues

?  Basic knowledge of Unix SAS preferred, but not required

?  Basic knowledge of TSYS preferred, but not required
