Recruiter

Position Description: Recruits, screens and recommends placement of additional and replacement staff members through the use of creative internal and external sourcing methods.  Works with management to develop and implement proactive recruiting strategies.  Screens resumes, interviews candidates, administers assessments, checks references and facilitates employment offers.  Sourcing activities include providing a pipeline of candidates for recurring non-exempt or entry level exempt positions.  Typically focuses on staffing for non-exempt positions or entry-level exempt positions or may support senior recruiters search efforts by sourcing for exempt positions.

 

Position Requirements: 


2+ years non-exempt or exempt recruiting experience to include the following:
sourcing, interviewing, assessing candidates for position fit, extending offers and demonstrated knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements associated with recruiting
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
