Regional Special Asssets Manager, 5449
Old National is an $8.7 billion financial holding company that conducts client-focused financial services operations in three states. We deliver a broad range of financial services as well as trust, investment, and insurance products and services to more than 350,000 households and a vast array of businesses.
As a Regional Special Assets Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Indianapolis team in the successful resolution of classified commercial relationships. This position will manage classified commercial relationships in Indianapolis, Louisville and locations in the Northeast and North Central part of Old National?s Indiana footprint. The person in this role will have direct management responsibilities over our Special Assets Officers in Indianapolis and will also serve as the point of contact for the OCC and Loan Review when analyzing assigned accounts within the area.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
? Bachelor's Degree in a business discipline with an emphasis in finance, accounting, and law
? 15 + successful years of previous special assets, commercial lending or related credit experience
? Previous successful management and coaching experience in a credit or related environment
? Strong negotiating skills
