Relationship Manager

Basic Function:

Responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with providing direct customer service to our top tier Cash Letter Customers along with assisting non-cash letter personnel with customer relations

 

Major Duties / Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary Customer contact and support liaison for a minimum of our top  25 Cash Letter Customers serving as the single source contact for escalated issues.

2. Maintain good rapport with Customers and internal departments by proactively handling complex Customer issues.

3. Analyze services used by these Customers to ensure they are not set up for unnecessary products but, do maximize the services offered by TIB.

4.Implements, obtains approvals and submits information to Account Analysis for billing, analysis adjustments, waivers and exception pricing for all Cash Letter Customers

5.Be point person for all documentation required to set up relationships to facilitate the use of our Cash Letter processing partners: Bank of America and the Federal Reserve Bank.

6.Serve as a critical part of business retention as well as cross-sell to strengthen long term relationships.

7. Assist cash letter representatives with research inquiries as needed.

8. Serves as a backup to Lead Fed Funds/Wire Desk representative.

9. Assist with overflow customer calls for cash letter representative.

10.Perform other duties assigned by management

 

 

 

Requirements / Desired Qualifications:

 

?  Regular and punctual attendance is required

?  Detail and analytically oriented

?  Individual should possess good interpersonal skills.

?  Individual should be able to work within a team environment.

?  Ability to communicate effectively

?  Minimum 3-5 years bank experience in a related position

?  Excellent Customer Service skills (telephone, verbal, written)
