Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Serve as the market's key representative with larger, more complex and highly valued commercial customers.

- Responsible for the profitability and credit quality of the assigned portfolio in accordance with bank's credit policy.

- Actively calls on customers and prospects to develop and expand customer base.

- Negotiates loan requests.

- Ensures soundness of loan portfolio through evaluation and identification of loan risk.

- Monitors credit performance.

- Maintains customer relationships by providing high quality consultation and support.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree and Commercial Credit Training required.

- Minimum of 5-10 years commercial lending experience and proven sales skills.

- No Mortgage or Consumer lenders.

- Must be an established lender in the local market area.
