Relationship Manager III, CDL
Essential Functions
- Initiates commercial real estate and economic development loans to serve low and moderate income areas.
- Ensures all components of the Key sales process is used during client interaction.
- Develops new and expands existing client relationship by participating in business development activities, proactively reviewing client's current and changing financial needs, and promoting products and services.
- Develops and effectively manages an internal COI base with minimum quarterly contact.
- Maintains active calling plan for clients and prospects and business calling plan of outside calls.
- Analyzes personal and financial data to deepen current, profitable client relationships.
- Keeps clients informed of products, services and provides appropriate financial solutions via consultative review and proactive contact by utilizing the Desktop sales system.
- Promotes and cross-sells products and services to profitable clients and partners with the Line of Business and other product areas to maximize the relationship.
- Consistently meets or exceeds individual and team goals.
Marginal Functions
- Travels to client meetings or meet with clients on-site.
- Participates in District sales promotions and events.
- Actively participates in community organizations for the purpose of sourcing business development opportunities.
- Assume additional responsibilities as required.
Required Skills
- College degree (Bachelors Degree) in related field.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant lending experience.
- Demonstrated effective sales skills.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications.
- Strong credit analysis skill to include real estate underwriting and structuring.
- Experience with public sector loan programs and effective use of community resources.
- Sensitive to the financial needs of low to moderate income individuals and communities.
- Proficient use of personal computer and Microsoft software.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced college degree (MBA preferred).
- 7 to 10 years of relevant lending experience.

Anticipate or probe for additional needs when meeting with clients and diagnose or create new solutions and targeted products and services based on clients needs (if Feasible). Suggest ideas to clients to bring added value to their client's customers.
